Spark Spectro (OES Analysis)

Spark Optical Emission Spectroscopy (Spark OES), commonly referred to as Spark Spectro, is a highly accurate method for determining the chemical composition of metals and alloys. It works by striking a high-voltage spark between an electrode and the sample surface, exciting the atoms in the sample. The emitted light spectrum is analyzed to determine the presence and concentration of various elements.
